Hi all for those who are wondering, yes the Play Station 3 is somewhat accessible identifying where you need to touch the buttons. All the connecting slots are identifyable and so is the slot for the power chord.

Just above the power chord slot is the power switch and it is a rocker switch.

There are two steps to turn the unit on. First you need to move the rocker switch to the right. After you have turned the rocker swich on you need to turn the actual hard ddrive on. In order to turn the hard drive on, you need to touch the right button, the unit will beep. Also you will here a sound out of your TV set or stereo that sounds like a symphony and this lets you know the unit has been turned on.

Just above the touch buttons is a slot for the CD to go into the unit. In order to insert a game or DVD into the unit, make sure the label side is facing u.

ON the game controler, ther are several buttons. On the right side are four buttons that looks like a cursor cross. they are the down arrow is the X and the left arrow is the functions of the unit depending upon if a game is running or not. On the left side fo the controler is a cursor pad.

In the center there is a PS button and this function allows the user to access functions of the machine, however these functions do require sighted assistance.

I am not saying the entire machine is accessible but a majority of the fuctions are accessible.
