[Electronics-talk] looking for an accessible phone without buying a screen reader

What currently is the most accessible phone available without the expense of 
mobile speak or talks?

It's just not worth over $200 for me for just the screen reader then I have 
to buy the phone as well.

I had an lg 4650, but a large portion of its features were not easily 
accessible.  I hope this situation has improved.
