hi,

does anyone know how to negotiate a deal where you will be able to read/send text messages with speech without paying a monthly plan fee?
i have the motorola c139 go phone on ATT for emergencies/confirming client appointments, etc and don't have the need or want the charge of $40+ per month.

Plus does someone have the number for att disability relations and has someone been happy with that $90 program?
