Go for a Plantronics if you can as they have been in my experience a better choice than the Logitech.

Subject: [Electronics-talk] USB Headset Question
Hello listers,
I need to purchase a USB headset for my job and use the latest version of JAWS. Since I have always gotten by without a headset, I have no idea if I can just purchase one such as the Logitech ClearChat Pro and use it in conjunction with JAWS, or will I need a blindness-specific product? I'm guessing that both the voice of the person I'm speaking with on the phone and the output from JAWS would come into both ears. For those of you who use headsets, would you say this is a doable setup? Thanks for any help you can give.
Sue
