left-click on a tune?

hi,

tried using itunes 8.1.1 with jaws 10.0.1142u and it still sucks.
are people using sighted assistance or some other method to choose which 
files are checked for syncing with your ipod?
the checked status is still not spoken by jfw10.0.1142.
