[Electronics-talk] urgently need your guidance to access Avast antivirus software!

Hello friends,
I urgently need  your valuable guidance. 
I  have recently installed (Avast scanning software in my system;  but whenever I switch on the PC the following message comes with some options.
"A virus has been detected from this system choose one of these options:
Move or rename button,
delete button
move to chess button 
no processing button.
I really don't  know what all these options?   
What should I do to solve this problem in future?
I am experiencing The same problem while browsing the net  also.
I  am eagerly waiting for solutions from our  expert's here
