keyboard logitec mx 5500. how to use it!

guys we have a very big problem.

we perches the 5500 keyboard from logitec and them on that model I cannot turn off the number pad. they remove the number lock and replace it by a backspace key. 

well I do not know what we can do to use jaws with that keyboard 

please find me solutions 

bye the way, on the Internet I found a number lock on or off that.exe 

bud that, didn't work 

I un install the logitec software installation cd. that did not work either 

 

if you can overcome that problem please let me know how?
