You can purchase a leather case that holds extra SD cards for about $35 through Executive Products.  It is really quite nice.

Tony, I have to disagree about the construction of the Stream case.  I have
no issues with it but, that is a matter of opinion.  The only thing I would
like to see with the case would be a place for the SD cards.  I can live
with it, however.  I think the case has proved to be quite sturdy.
