Tim,  Isn't that just a bunch of bull.  That kind of agency attitude is just so
self-agrandising and patronistic--and in this day and age.  Makes me shudder.
Bet they think their crap doesn't stink, either.  After all that said, Tim, I
surely hope I haven't made you feel uncomfortable.  I'm certainly not talking
about you, just your agency.

I recently purchased a set of devices that I think fits your needs. Vibra 
Call Receiver deaf alerting systems smoke detectors for the deaf blind 
alerting devices.I just recently purchased the exact thing your looking for. 
I don't think it matters if the person your buying it for is deaf, as long 
as you pay them.
