I just called Orbit Research at 888-606-7248 and spoke to a customer service
rep. She claims that the IBill started shipping before Christmas, but due
to the overwhelming demand, there is now a long backlog of orders. She said
that it may take a couple of weeks from the time an order request is
submitted by email to the time the order can actually be fulfilled. Anyone
who has submitted an order request but not yet been contacted to fulfill
their order should call the above number for more information.

Gerald
