Well, it's not free, but

www.mp3fiesta.com

has entire albums in mp3 format, usually for around 50 cents apiece. 
Individual tracks are a nickel apiece.  Annual membership is around $80, but 
you can download as much as you want, and they have a lifetime membership 
package, too.  MP3 quality is variable, with some tracks recorded at 320k 
and others as low as 128k, so it it's a good idea to look at track lists 
before you buy if you're concerned about such things.

Ordinarily you download albums track by track, but they now have a download 
manager which will solve that problem.  Haven't tried it yet, though.

All in all, I've really enjoyed the service and it's very easy to use.
