I'll echo this about bank of america. As far as some other banks it is very 
helpful if you have a specific ATM close to your house or work, to have 
someone show you the layout of the machine. I have an account at a credit 
union by my house and when I found out that one of the ATMs was a talking 
machine, I went to try it out. I needed someone to show me the layout and 
buttons as there was no Braille and nothing tactile to identify what buttons 
did what.
