[Electronics-talk] keeping track of bags while traveling

Dear All:

Recently, I have noticed an increase in the frequency with which airlines and other transports are losing my baggs.  Since I travel a lot I take all the usual precautions with correct labeling etc, but it is happening more often than usual.  

I have seen several electronic or radio frequency bag tracking mechanisms but naturally there is no information about whether they are usable by blind people.  I would like to know if others have found a solution for this problem, what it is and how much it costs.  

This is becoming a real headache and it needs to be solved.  

Any thoughts on strategies or devices are welcome.  Airline horror stories are not welcome since I have heard them all and lived most of them.  My interest is confined to solutions only.
