[Electronics-talk] my request for assance with cellphones

Hello 
I sent you posts. I try to explain my concern about cellphones and whether I can download speech software. 
Please try to understandso I can explain in a manner by which you can be able to respond to my inquirery. 

I waas attempting to ask about certain cellphone device that would be compatible with downloading accessable software for the blind. 
I understand that the phone carriers such as Verizon and ATandT have certain phones to  select from, which support the talking accessable software for the blind. 

Does those phones have specialcomponents on these designated phones versus most other phones? 
for example I looked at a phone called the rock phone. It has the ideal buttons for the feel. Can I download software such as the Kurzwell or talks on the phone, or does there have to be a special program in order for the software to interact with the phone. 
Can you offer any type of information that could aid me in this matter?
