Team mobile has few phones that smart phones or pocket phones that that you
would have to get mobile speak 4 to make the phone talk and accessible. I
would just go to the store and ask to check out the phones that run windows
mobile 6.5 mobile speak will work on them.

What about acessible T-mobile phones? Does anyone have any information about
