Yes, Spark People does have some of the same support networks as iFit.
However, iFit has MP3 and video files that interface with iFit compatible
workout equipment.  The videos make it look like you are running or biking
on a trail.  When the video looks like you are going up hill, the machine is
automatically adjusted to make you feel like you are actually going up hill.
I have never used the videos, but I have used one of the MP3 files for the
elliptical machine.  So all that you have to do is connect your equipment to
the MP3 or VCR, press start  and program, and you are off and running.
