Hello everyone,

We started having this problem before the switch to digital. Considering
what we're charged every month for service they're getting the dollars.
Perhaps what they need is an investigation by Eye Witness News Wants to
Know.

I had a friend who works for Time Warner explain to me that it is due to the
switch to digital signals and not enough servers at the hub. As Time Warner
expands and upgrades its servers the problem will go away. So just a matter
of infrastructure and dollars.
