Dear Evelyn,

The reception of the phone is not the issue here, it it the coverage area of
the cell phone companies service towers. If the cell company has poor
coverage, the phone just can not get the signal. The phone is always going
to do it's best to get the signal, but it is the company's coverage that is
the real limiting factor.
it also depends on the cooperation between companies that share towers and
service areas. This can make a difference too. If your company does not
have good coverage in that area, it will not matter who's phone you are
using.
I an using the other accessible phone from Verizon called the "Gusto".

All of the features are accessible to and the phone also has a camera and
can do text messages and the internet as well as has a G.P.S. application
you can get that is accessible too.

David Evans, NFB and GD Jack.
