Does verizon even have any model of accessible cell phone on the
market
where users have access to all levels of menus? Whenever I had a
Verizon
phone in the past, I could only go down just so far on menu
levels and
then the accessibility stopped; there was no speech or menu
choices beyond
that point. Another problem with verizon phones I had was no
useable apps
for the phones that were accessible either. This was also true
for AT&T
phones until I got my IPhone 3gs then all of those problems went
away.
Best money I ever spent on a cell phone in my life!On Fri, 16 Apr

The Nokia N82 phones we have is currently subscribed to AT&T
Mobile. The N82
is an unlocked CDMA 3G phone which is compatible with two mobile
phone
carriers, of which the other is T-Mobile.

By the way what company are you using on your phone N82 that you
 demonstrated last weekend?

I believe that Talks does not work on Windows Mobile but Mobile
 Speak does. Hope this helps.

 Dear colleagues.
My employer is considering changing mobile phone carriers to
Verizon in an effort to save telecom expense in our tight
budget.
Luckily, our executive director is very conscientious in
considering my needs for accessibility, which prompts my
question. Can anyone commend a good accessible phone,
preferrably one that runs Talks, since I use Talks as the screen
reader for my personal phone which is a Nokia N82? I understand
LG has several models keyed to Verizon's communication relay
towers. If we end up electing to take phones running Windows
Mobile instead of Simbian OS will Talks run on a Win Mobile
 phone? Thanks in advance.
