[Electronics-talk] talking check writers

Simple, sighted people are giving up writing checks probably more than
blind people since they have and continue to take the brunt of the fraud
when checks don't get discovered as fraudulent in time. The story I read
about what has gotten to the point of serious problems with check use by
the way wasn't directed toward blind people nor meant for our consumption
either but directed at and meant primarily for sighted people. On Thu, 9
