[Electronics-talk] audio described TV programming

What I used is WinTV on my comnputer and while listening  I go to the audio 
settings and go to where it say spanish and thet is where the setting is or 
on some TV sets it would Say SAP or Spanish, you might want to have someone 
who is able to see if to help you with this. I would hope this helps.
