You most likely need sighted assistance to turn on the SAP channel from the 
on-screen menus.  The SAP or Secondary Audio Program channel is normally 
used buy broadcasters to carry audio-described or DVS programming.  Some 
analog TV's used to have a dedicated button on the remote to turn SAP on and 
off, but with digital TV's, you usually have to turn it on and off from one 
of the set's built-in  on-screen menu. If you use a cable box, you usually 
have to turn SAP on or off from one of the box's on-screen menus.
