What I have found to be most useful and is jaws friendly is using WinTV HVR
model 950 Q wihci I have in my computer and easy to install, although Some
sighted asistance is need for the instation for this unit, then the desire
channels will be install depending in the type of service is need. Most
cable system don't carry the SAP for Discripitive of some of the programing.
This is the reason for me using an outside over the air antenna. it is easy
to get to the sap setting when using this WinTV When usint the alt M on your
keyboard then menu will pop arrow down to audio hit the enter then slect
audio stream 2 where the second audio stream for DVS will activate. Most of
the DVS feeds will be on Tuesday, Wendasay and Thurs during Prime time.
