[Electronics-talk] radio shack talking watch

I like the 4 alarm talking watch because I can set alarms as reminders
to tip me off that it is time to do something. My experience is that
they may last two to 3 years. It is usually the speech that gives out,
as sighted persons tell me that the display still works.

Subject: [Electronics-talk] radio shack talking watch

Hello,

I have rather bad luck with watches so about a year ago I bought a
inexpensive talking watch from Radio shack with 4 alarms, hourly
announcement and so forth.
Recently, I returned it since it didn't work. When I bought the watch, I
bought the service agreement that is good until April 2012. It has a
plastic band that seems quite sturdy.
If you are looking for a inexpensive watch then this may work for you.

Best,

Georgia
