Some tracphones are pretty good if you have residual vision but totally 
useless for someone who doesn't have any vision at all.  This is also true 
with a majority of the phones offered by u.s. cellular. Some of the higher 
end ones have the ability to read back numbers you've already dialed but 
that's as far as it goes for accessibility.  You have nothing to tell you 
who called, your battery status etc.  Some of the older Nokia n86es and 
those that work with the knfb reader package are accessible but you have to 
use them either with mobile speak or talks as your screen readers.
