Actually it is www.radioreference.com  Columbia South Carolina uses the 
Palmeto trunking system. Which is the State wide trunking system for the 
State of South Carolina. So to monitor anything you will need a scanner 
which will do trunking. Most of Columbia uses digital trunking so you will 
need a scanner which will do digital also.
