[Electronics-talk] Scanner Frequencies

Speaking of scanners and frequencies, there was an article in the April
issue of QST about the Uniden Home Patrol 1.  Among other features it will
load all available frequencies within a given mileage range.  Afterwards
the user can unselect unwanted frequencies.  My question is, since the HP1
is touch screen anyone know if a screen reader would work with it?  No
idea what the OS is, but the article did mention several 3rd party
programs that have been written for it.
