When I got mine I whent to an apple store, of course you not might have an 
apple store where ever you live, but if you do, then I would erge you to go 
buy your I phone there.
I have AT&T, and the cheepist data plan is $15 a month, it may be different 
if you have a different company.]
But I will say this, it is well worth it
