Sharon,
Does the Samsung heaven read all the settings too? Can I increase the
speech? How about the volume? Also, I believe it's a flip phone therefore it
does not have a qwerty keyboard, am I correct?
Thanks, hannah

The samsung haven does read all of the screen. It does not do internet
though. It is a very good phone for all the other things such as contacts
and text messaging though. It works on the verizon system.
