Well, Peg and Ruth are the owners of the Conversation Station so you need to 
contact one of them.  I don't currently have there information however, I am 
sure someone here will point you in there direction.  Who is your telephone 
provider?  Some providers have blocked conference numbers and sent letters 
to there customers stating that they will discontinue there service if they 
keep dialing conference lines.  And some providers have made good on this. 
So that might be what is happening to you.
