It does in Android version 4.1 (Jelly Bean). The Nexus 7 is a good
example, and I have seen demos on the web, such as
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3Sz3KNkQ4U which isn't a good example of
a blind person using a Nexus 7, but it does demonstrate out of the box
accessibility on Android and a tablet.
