Hi,
I don't think Comcast is alone in not recognizing the need for descriptive 
video.  I think that blindness and blind people just never come to their 
minds unless one of them goes blind or a family member goes blind, and even 
then, it is just them and not enough people for it to matter to them.So we 
need to be the squeaky wheels!  And loudly!
