[Electronics-talk] descriptive TV

I believe these are all small steps.
I did not pay any attention when Closed Caption for the hearing impaired was 
rolled out.
so I do not know how long it took...  but closed caption TV shows are almost 
everywhere...

just have to keep pushing.... and let the Corporate type that we are here 
and we care....
