Geesh!  if African Americans felt that way, we would still have
segregation in housing.  If wheelchair users felt that way, they would
still be looking for driveways to use to get across the street.

I am not sure if it is good advise to rock the boat. What I mean is
that, in the seventies, I was refused rental in the Oakwood apartments
in Los Angeles because another really crazy young blind person spoiled
it for the rest of us. I did not take them to court only because that
was the time when the government job I had for 19 years came about.
If the land lord doesn't want to rent to a blind person, or if they want
to get rid of one, there are always ways which look perfectly innocent,
but are not.
