[Electronics-talk] questions about Comcast

I have the same complaints with Mediacom. They are very expensive for basic
cable, their customer service is so rude that sometimes I feel that I am on
Candid Camera, the reception is bad as much as it is good, and heaven ehlp
me if I approached them over accessibility issues. I can't wait for A T and
T Uverse. It will be on my street in November.

It's not just Comcast that doesn't care diddely squat about its customers.
Time Warner Cable is just as bad. If I had my druthers I would cancel my
Time Warner cable service altogether, but where I live in Manhattan, it is
impossible to get decent reception with an indoor antenna. Installing a
rooftop antenna is forbidden by my landlord who receives kickbacks and other
favorable consideration from Time Warner for banning antennas and satellite
dishes. Once my area is wired for Verizon Fios,I intend to switch and tell
Time Warner to take a hike.
