[Electronics-talk] Cable/settop boxes

You know that the United Kingdom is ahead of the United States when it comes 
to set top boxes that are accessible.  The problem is that there is nothing 
that is offered here in the United States. I'd like to see this change But 
I'm not sure where the description would come in at and how far it would go.
