Maybe you ought to get in touch with the NFB National Center at: 410 
659-9314 to determine which phones indeed are accessible instead of relying 
on the OTC sales clerk who's job it is to sell products, not make sure you 
get the right one. They may not know which phones are accessible and the 
folks at the national center will.

Just a thought.
