[Electronics-talk] T Mobile and accessibility

Yep, you got that right.
I'm just saying, that the NFB aught to think about their partnership with them as they are not very accessible and don't have any knowledge of the simplest things, that don't have to do with accessibility, even the specs on the phones that they have in stock. They aught to be able to read to tell if the phone has a directional pad or a qwerty keyboard or such as that. It's all about whether they can even read.
I'm surprised the NFB even has anything to do with them due to the lack of knowledge even about whether a phone has a directional pad. Something so simple that they should be able to read on the description of the phone on the computer. I'm not asking them to know about accessibility options for mobile accessability, just the details of what the phone has on it as far as a directional pad.
You don't have to know anything about accessability to know that if you are running a reputable company that cares at all about any of its customers.
