Greetings
Here are some helpful things you should know about this year’s convention 
and some changes.  Likely  there will be another update closer to 
convention.
Registration matters.
Child Care and Exhibit registration is now closed.
Mail-in pre-registration is now closed.
On-line preregistration Closes at 11:58  Wednesday evening April 3.
Regular online registration will be available from April 4 through April 7. 
Registration fee will then be $20.00

Proof of on-line registration should be brought with you to convention in 
case there was a problem; meaning   Your Email receipt from Pay Pal.

Meals
The lunch for Seminar participants and others on Friday will be at High Noon 
in the Fountain Court Lounge. Again, it is highly recommended that you 
purchase your tickets before registration goes down on Sunday night.

Exhibits
The hotel will set up our exhibit tables at 8:00 am on Friday. So, if 
chapters or divisions want to set up during the day they are welcome to do 
so. However, no Exhibit will be open from 3:15 pm  until 5:00 pm so all 
attendees can go to the affiliate board meeting.
Tables will be in a U-shape with the bottom of the ‘U’ being for convention 
registration.  As you look at the registration table  tables 1,2,and 3 will 
be on your left with table 1 being closest to the  registration table. 
Tables 4,5, and 6 will be on the right with Table 4 being closest to the 
registration table.
