That's too bad, from my end, I used this link,
https://adblockplus.org:443/en/internet-explorer If you use the letter L to
find lists, you press it three times from the top of the page and it will
take you/me to a list of two items and the two items are IE 32 bit and IE 64
bit. I also pressed H from the top of the page to go to the first header and
then the tab key once and I was on the 32 bit download.
