[Electronics-talk] dish or direct TV?

The problem I had with both was the audio described button is within a menu and the menus are not spoken.

When we were discussing audio description and providers, someone mentioned to not get either dish or direct TV due to a button being hard to locate. We’re considering getting rid of Time Warner and going with either one of these or possibly aT&T Uverse, even though we tried it over a year ago for 2 weeks and had horrible customer service support. I want to compare pricing, but don’t want to get the one that was mentioned if it will be hard to turn on SAP. So, whoever mentioned that issue with the button, please let me know which company it was with so I can avoid it. We have no sighted help around, so we need to be able to do it ourselves.
