I have a treadmill with flat panel controls that I marked with Dimo tape
like my microwave oven.

You can put indicator dots on a device like a tredmil and be able to
control it non-visually. You can then get a talking pedomitor
*spelling?* that can also count calories and it may be as good as the
display on the device itself. As for counting calories it migh even be
more accurate. The other option is to try the I-fit app if you have an
IOS device and see if it is accessible . If it is then you can get a
device that uses it and it may do the trick. I make no promises that
these will work, but they are worth checking out. - Philip

Howdy everybody!

Does anyone know if there are any accessible fitness equipment
machines out there? Are there any apps that can be used with a smart
phone and fitness equipment that can read your stats?

Any suggestions on how a blind person can get their stats if a sighted
person is not available?

Sincerely,
Anita
