I believe that he said that it will only receive over the air channels 2 to 69. It will not receive cable channels. That's probably why no cable jack.

Exactly what did the demo say to give you that impression?  You could be right, but I thought the tuner used is a mainstream tuner which almost means it has to have a coxial cable jack.  What kind of antenna connection did it say it had?
