[Electronics-talk] New Victor Stream review

On most devices, one can hear what is being recorded, if a headphone is
plugged into the headphone jack. I also should have included this
monitoring possibility when recording via the built-in mic as well.
On the first VSR, you can't hear anything. So, if you are recording
something either through the build-in mic or an external one, and have your
headphones plugged into the headphone jack, you would not hear what was
being recorded.
