[Electronics-talk] found talking tuner

What is the exact name for the guitar app on your phone?
I have one called guitar tuner, but it doesn't exactly tell me if I'm flatter sharper anything it just gives me the sounds of the cord.
Maybe I just don't know how to use it, that's a big possibility.
