It is named "Talking Tuner" It is in the Apple app store and it is a couple 
bucs from what I remember and as soon as you open it it starts to work when 
you play a note. Sometimes it will say "This applacation needs to use your 
internal microphone." When it ocasionally does that I just click yes. You 
can ajust the level of sound that it takes to actavate the tuner, I keep 
mine kind of low so it doesn't pick up back ground noise if my wife has the 
tv going. If you are playing the e corde it will say something like "e" is 5 
cents sharp  or 20 cents flat and then when in tune it will say, "e" is in 
tune.
