[Electronics-talk] turning on VoiceOver for IPod Touch

Yeah, go into Settings and then General and then Accessibility and then 
VoiceOver. Here you'll find a button to toggle voiceOver on and off. 
After that, you should be able to do everything else on your own. One 
thing I'd recommend doing right away, is going into settings -> General 
-> Accessibility and double tapping the accessibility shortcut at the 
bottom. Here you can set this to VoiceOver. this way the triple click of 
the home button will start and stop VoiceOver.

I'm not sure what you mean by "speack selections".
