[Electronics-talk] turning on VoiceOver for IPod Touch

Speak selection is something that will read any text that's been
selected.  This can be useful when voiceover is running if you need
feedback on what you're selecting.  It's also a handy way for sighted
folks to have things read to them.  i.e. select an entire article and
then listen to Samanatha read it.
