Hi all!!!
I just got Red Laser and can't find the button that takes the picture of the bar coad. I am working with an iPhone 4s with IOS 7. How do you scan a bar coad?

At the time, I found nothing that worked with any degree of reliability and plenty of wasted time when scanning without vision and was really frustrated. They happened to talk about this on ACB Main Menu about an hour or so ago and demoed a couple of scanners, one of which I decided to try out and had absolutely beautiful success without any vision and believe it or not, unlike most of these apps, this required no light as I tried it both in lighted rooms and without light!

To do this, Swipe once to the right after you double tap the scan button and you will hear light off. Double tap and it will turn the light on. I was able to extremely easily and quickly scan thin bottles, wide bottles, cans, dressing bottles, liquid hand soap containers, detergent bottles, shampoo bottles, boxes, materials that were packaged in bags, and even the container that my dog's toothpaste comes in. I simply held the device about 3-4 inches away from the product relatively well centered unless I could feel the bar code label and within about 1.5-2 seconds I would get the info. It works really well with VO.
