Good evening,
I have been able to request a refund for an application as long as I stated that, this was due to an accessibility problem. Most times, funds were returned to my account within 72 hours. Hope this helps, have a good evening.

This is obviously especially nice if you want to check out an apps accessibility before getting stuck with the bill. BTW, Apple does allow a similar option in countries where the law requires merchants to accept returns for a full refund within a certain time frame.
